Since joining the practice in 2007, Liam has worked on a number of prominent projects to develop a broad portfolio across sectors and on schemes subject to sensitive planning restraints. He has experience taking projects from conception to completion, leading teams on design development, technical detailing and compliance reviews as well as liaising with clients and contractors and coordination of consultants and sub-contractor proposals.
Liam has a strong understanding of project delivery and has recently led teams on a range of projects including Neo Bankside, a prominent delivery scheme of 227 apartments on Bankside next to the Tate Modern, the competition stages for BankMed HQ in Beirut and Aldwych Quarter, a major refurbishment project including grade II listed Bush House. Liam is now working on 33 King William Street in the City of London, a 220,000 sq. ft new office development and 4 Bouverie Street, a large office redevelopment in a conservation area. Alongside his work, Liam balances production of internal presentations as part of JRA's successful CPD programme.
