JRA has been appointed as Delivery Architects to work alongside Design Architects Stanton Williams on 10 Park Drive, a new residential and mixed use waterside development in the first phase of the Canary Wharf development. The building comprises a residential tower of 43 storeys and a low rise residential podium of 13 storeys. The project is completed by a private residents club and sky terrace.
10 Park Drive for Canary Wharf will be part of Central London’s largest development site extending over 20 acres and will comprise around 3,200 apartments and 200,000 sq ft of office space in the first phase. The Canary Wharf master plan aims to provide over 3000 new homes, nearly 2 million sq ft of high quality commercial office space, and a further 250,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and community spaces. JRA is leading the utilisation of BIM in the project, for quantification, scheduling, clash detection, coordination and information exchange standards.
