JRA prepared two architectural feasibility studies in relation to a refurbishment of the existing building. The first study proposes key interventions aimed at improving the appearance of the building and enhancing the office and retail accommodation within. The second study involves a more comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building, an additional floor, a new five storey glass atrium reception off Charing Cross Road and a complete re-cladding of the exterior fabric.
