Andy is a longstanding Project Director at John Robertson Architects and has been responsible for the design development and delivery of a number of major London projects. He has an MBA in Real Estate and Construction and a wealth of experience in client liaison, team leadership and contract administration stemming from nearly 20 years in practice and previously in the building services industry. His skills have been particularly demonstrated in his role as Project Director for 33 King William Street and at Aldwych Quarter, including grade II listed Bush House, following the departure of the BBC World Service.
He has unrivalled expertise in the delivery and monitoring of largescale, complex projects in Central London. He is particularly adept in applying these skills to office and residential redevelopment schemes including as technical monitoring architect for The Copyright Building, a 10,000m2 commercial scheme for Derwent London and Marble Arch Place, which comprises 18 storeys of residential apartments and eight storeys of office space for Almacantar. Alongside his monitoring roles, he is currently engaged on a retail repositioning project at the former BHS in Oxford Street.
