Legalease, 188-190 Fleet Street, London EC4

JRA has completed the fit out for the headquarters of legal market research company Legalease at 188-190 Fleet Street. The space, set two floors below ground, incorporates a lighting collaboration with EQ2 Light – transforming the space with a range of solutions to create the look and feel of natural daylight throughout. This is complemented by a range of natural colours and materials found in the bespoke meeting room murals, table tops and living wall. Structurally, JRA installed a double height staircase to join the ground floor offices to the refurbished space.

JRA carried out space planning to ensure that the open plan office meets the demands of a busy, modern workplace. The final space balances a mixture of workstations with meeting rooms, booths and breakout areas.
