33 King William Street finalist at BCO Awards 2018
33 King William Street, our new landmark office building for real estate developer HB Reavis is a finalist in this year’s BCO Awards in the Commercial Workplace category.
The BCO sets a benchmark for excellence in workplaces and office space and the annual BCO Awards celebrates and recognises top quality design and functionality.
33 King William Street is situated on a prominent site in the City of London at the northern approach to London Bridge and will become US bank Wells Fargo & Company’s new London headquarters. The building has been designed with quality in mind, successfully providing modern amenities including fully flexible office space, a double height entrance hall, future proofing for alternative internal arrangements and an expansive landscaped roof garden.
Winners will be announced on 18 April 2018.
