Bureau 90 Fetter Lane Launches

Last night saw the launch of JRA’s recently completed refurbishment and repositioning of Bureau at 90 Fetter Lane for Evans Randall Investors.

The building provides 74,000 sq ft of lettable area with an emphasis on a contemporary and sophisticated multi-occupancy workplace, with exceptional quality that responds to the needs of a diverse range of businesses and exceeds the demands of the prominent Midtown site.

Various interventions have been implemented throughout to deliver stylish office and retail accommodation.
