JRA completes Smithfield Square in Hornsey

JRA has completed work on the largescale residential scheme Smithfield Square for St James. The project received practical completion in September 2018 following a phased building programme over three years. The North London development is situated in Hornsey, close to Alexandra Palace and the neighbouring London villages of Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Highgate. The development forms part of the regeneration of the wider area.

Smithfield Square comprises 440 apartments across four buildings, integrating luxury and affordable housing with a 60/40 split. Amenities across the site include an exclusive fully equipped gym, concierge service and an onsite Sainsbury’s superstore. The buildings are set within extensive grounds, offering two large landscaped gardens, green space and planting between apartment blocks.
