JRA’s in-house cycle club has announced the winner of a staff run competition to design the brand new team jersey to be worn during all major rides in 2019.
The first of the annual competitions saw JRA staff at all levels turning their hand to fashion design to create a distinctive company jersey. An unrestrictive brief encouraged participants to get creative with patterns and colours to bring their plain template to life and this was reflected in the broad range of entries.
The competition was judged by three JRA directors, and the winner and runners up were announced across the practice. The winning jersey features a colour palette of greens, pinks, and yellows across tessellated triangles on a monochrome background. JRA’s company logo sits alongside the cycle club’s sponsor Selo’s branding, highlighting the collaboration between the two groups. The jerseys, along with matching gilets, will be worn on cycle club rides, as well as large events including MIPIM, BCO, and Pedelle.
