Ewa is an Associate and joined JRA in 2019 following over 20 years’ experience in the UK and abroad. She has a strong track record across commercial, residential and leisure sectors and has been involved in both design led and delivery projects.
Ewa’s skill at taking largescale and complex projects through all stages has been shown at Royal Albert Dock, a new business district spanning 62 acres where she worked in a delivery capacity and used BIM Level 2 on the multidisciplinary project.
At JRA her completed projects include client monitoring for Derwent London at Soho Place, a prominent and highly sustainable mixed-use project comprising offices, residential, retail and a theatre across 26,500m2, and Coppermakers Square, large residential scheme for Westfield Group.
Ewa was also a key team member on the Broadgate Quarter project, a CAT A office refurbishment with landscaped public realm in central London. Ewa retained a monitoring role at the project, on behalf of client Blackstone.
She is currently working in a Client Monitoring capacity for Derwent London at Baker Street Development, a prominent and highly sustainable mixed-use project comprising offices, residential and retail designed by Hopkins
She is also involved in CMT role for British Land on 1 Broadgate project designed by AHMM.
Ewa is responsible for reviewing sub-contractors site information across all packages, ensuring technical compliance, and providing site progress and quality reports and communication between teams.
Alongside her extensive project experience, Ewa is particularly knowledgeable on environmental architecture, following a postgraduate qualification in Sustainable Building Design.
