JRA Associate Director Anja Schellenbauer was invited to join an international panel discussion at ORGATEC Cologne, Germany and shared her expertise in The Human Centric Workplace:
The ambition for the office is to create a destination that fosters diversity, inclusion, and wellness, whilst inspiring collaboration, creativity and greater productivity to promote business growth.
“Office design has become a weapon in the battle for talents.We are no longer Architects or Interior Designers; we are Curators of Experiences. Work has become secondary to the workplace experience.We now create broader ecosystems that engage us beyond work itself and it’s that engagement, that emotional connection, that makes the real difference between the office of today and the office as we used to know it. This is where the concept of Designing for Life comes into play.”
