Principal Director John Robertson will give a talk on the 25th April about the impact of the IRA bombings on the City of London. Organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects, John will address the Livery Company and guests alongside Michael Cassidy CBE and Tim Garnham following an introduction from Master Architect Peter Murray.
John will examine the aftermath of the terrorist attacks between 1992 and 1993, focusing on the restoration of the affected buildings and the impact the events had on subsequent building design. The three talks will conclude with a panel discussion followed by drinks. This presentation forms part of the ‘Rebuilding London’ lecture series marking the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire.
