John Robertson Architects are delighted to announce our place as finalists in the international MIPIM Awards 2015 with the recently completed Aldwych Quarter. JRA is one of only four companies with projects selected for the ‘Best Refurbished Building’ and the only British project to be shortlisted in the category.
MIPIM Awards winners will be chosen in Cannes, France at the four day property event running from 10-13 March, by a combination of the MIPIM delegates and an international jury.
Aldwych Quarter is also able to win by a public vote in the “People’s Choice Award”, an award given to the development that wins the most votes online before MIPIM opens. The public are able to vote for us on the MIPIM site and on the official event Facebook page.
Aldwych Quarter comprises the successfully refurbished Grade II Listed Bush House, together with King House, Strand House and Melbourne House for Japanese owner Kato Kagaku & Co., Ltd following the vacation of the buildings by the BBC World Service in 2012.
