10 Park Drive Progress On-Site
10 Park Drive at Wood Wharf is progressing quickly on site with external cladding reaching completion and the entrance to the 43 storey ‘A3’ tower expected to start on site next week. The fit-out of the luxury apartments continue, with the raised floor, timber flooring, and kitchens currently being installed.
The overall scheme is comprised of a residential tower totalling 43 storeys and a low rise residential podium of 13 storeys. Here, JRA is working with design architect Stanton Williams for the Canary Wharf Group. The development forms part of the Canary Wharf masterplan spanning 20 acres, offering apartments, offices, restaurants, shops, and community spaces. Now in its final year of construction, the on-site Canary Wharf show apartment for 10 Park Drive will be completed and available to view by May.
