JRA Architect Julia Mejer attends British School at Rome’s ‘Reading Rome’ architecture and urbanism workshop

We’re excited to announce that JRA Architect Julia Mejer is participating in the ‘Reading Rome’ architecture and urbanism workshop this week at the The British School at Rome. She is attending as part of a new John Robertson Architects initiative that will promote and nurture architectural development, thought and dialogue.

JRA invited our Part 1, Part 2, and recently qualified architects to submit an expression of interest to take up the place we secured at the summer school, which has an impressive programme for the week including walking the streets of Rome, sketching, photographing, and attending talks on the theme of architecture and urbanism. Julia won the placement and is there from 16-21 September 2024.

The BSR invites leading architects to engage with students and attendees – this year it is Stephen Witherford and William Mann of WITHERFORD WATSON MANN ARCHITECTS LIMITED. Learn more about Architecture and the Summer School at the BSR here:
