One Westferry Circus Project Completes
JRA has completed the modernisation of One Westferry Circus, an office building situated in Canary Wharf that spans 20,000m2. Originally designed by SOM in 1990, JRA was commissioned by PPF Real Estate to refurbish the building, bringing it up to contemporary standards.
The works included the re-positioning of the main entrance, atrium reception and lift lobbies, along with 5 floors of CAT A office space to provide greater flexibility and higher density occupation. JRA also provided new cycling and ‘End of Journey’ changing facilities in the lower ground floor and modernised services to ensure increased fresh air supply to the floorplates in line with Covid-safe working practices.
