JRA’s London studio is set across six floors in a converted period warehouse on Southbank. Expansive windows reveal meeting rooms, reception and the company’s extensive model collection. The designs communicate our creative work culture, incorporating open plan working, break-out areas and spaces tailored to the needs of a lively architecture practice.

JRA is formed of small studios that make up a big family. We view diversity and equality as assets to celebrate. 17 different nationalities make up our teams and there is 50/50 gender parity practice wide. Senior staff are role models and mentors, showing progression and work/life balance are not exclusive ideals, actively empowering staff through opportunity by cultivating creativity, initiative, and ownership and rewarding our teams with a lively and engaging environment. Together we enjoy studio-wide ‘Thursdays with Purpose,’ project showcases, special-interest clubs and bi-annual parties.
