Polina, also known as Polly, joined JRA in early 2024 as Practice Manager, bringing a wealth of experience garnered from over a decade working in architectural practices across a variety of esteemed design studios throughout the UK. Polly’s extensive background encompasses a diverse range of skills, including human resources management, employee relations, and the development and implementation of Quality and Environmental Management Systems specifically tailored to the creative design sector.
In her role at JRA, Polly is instrumental in recruiting top talent and overseeing the training and professional development of new staff members. She ensures that all practices are compliant with industry standards and regulations, and she plays a key role in maintaining high standard of operational excellence within the practice.
Polly’s role extends to collaborating closely with the Board Directors to manage the overall operations of the practice, where she brings her expertise to strategic decision-making and organisational development. She also supervises the business support team, ensuring seamless daily operations and a supportive work environment.
In addition to her extensive professional responsibilities, Polly is currently pursuing her Mental Health First Aider certification. This commitment highlights her dedication to fostering a supportive and healthy workplace, aligning with JRA’s values of promoting well-being and resilience among its staff.
