Kuros is a Project Director with over 20 years’ experience leading office, residential, hospitality and transportation schemes for clients in the public and private sector. He brings a wealth of design, project management and technical delivery experience to the practice and is a member of the senior design and technical leadership teams.
His strong design ethos, coupled with extensive knowledge of construction quality, technology and materials, have enabled him to build a track record for delivering high quality buildings in the UK throughout his career. Past projects include boutique hotels in Kensington & Westminster, a large mixed-use housing scheme on the Greenwich Peninsular and the London Aquatics Centre, a world class sporting venue in the QE Olympic Park, Stratford.
Since joining JRA he has led several redevelopment schemes within the City of London including Bureau at 90 Fetter Lane for Evans Randall investors, Procession House for Legal & General, and 51 Moorgate, a new home and commercial office redevelopment for Skanska, targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and the Delos WELL ‘Gold’ Standards. A keen cyclist, Kuros expanded on his daily commute this year to cycle from London to Cannes in support of Coram and has been instrumental in establishing the practice’s cycling club.
