Rossella joined JRA in 2019 with over ten years post qualification experience. She has worked across residential and commercial projects through all design stages in London and the Southeast. She is keenly aware of the cultural and social context of projects and carries this design sensitivity through developments at all scales.
At JRA, Rossella was part of the team at Bloom, Clerkenwell, a new wellbeing-focused office building above the Farringdon Crossrail station. She also worked on the CAT A refurbishment at 30 Golden Square, a large-scale office refurbishment and extension. Her experience on these projects, among others, has developed her in-depth understanding of office design, space planning and client and employee requirements for the future of the workplace.
Rossella is currently leading the project for the new Skanska UK headquarters in Watford. JRA is responsible for the interior design of the scheme, incorporating a wellbeing focus and the distinctive Skanska brand and design language. Her interior design skills have been honed through previous projects including developing the initial interior concepts for Northcliffe House, a large office refurbishment at a former newspaper headquarters in the City of London and delivering the refurbishment of the office space of an international legal firm in Weybridge. She has been part of the JRA team developing feasibility studies for a range of office buildings, most notably designing co-working space in a grade II* listed former courthouse.
