Client: Grosvenor / Native Land
Holland Park Villas is a new residential development in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for Grosvenor and Native Land. The scheme has been designed by John McAslan + Partners and delivered by John Robertson Architects, offering a range of luxury apartments near to Holland Park.
The development is formed of four adjoining villas set around a landscaped courtyard and facing a sweeping driveway. In total, Holland Park Villas comprises 68 private apartments and four expansive penthouses with access to extensive amenities including a cinema, spa, gym, library and wine cellar for residents’ use. The design focused on creating a sense of luxury and tranquillity, combining classical design proportions with modern features.
JRA worked with main contractor Multiplex to deliver the project, and was responsible for the realisation of John McAslan + Partners’ designs, undertaking the drawing packages and providing technical expertise to turn the design concept into a realised project. Throughout, JRA utilised Building Information Modelling for quantification, scheduling and coordination.
