10 Dominion Street is an office building originally completed in the 1980s covering approximately 31,000 sq ft and located close to Broadgate, Moorgate and Finsbury Circus.
JRA prepared a feasibility study for 10 Dominion Street to demonstrate the refurbishment potential of the development. JRA explored retrofit options including recladding the facade, creating a new, more prominent reception and increasing lettable space through an additional floor allowing for exceptional views of the city skyline as well as relocation of the existing plant. The proposed changes aim to bring the building up to modern tenant expectations ahead of the building’s lease expiry.
