Stephen is a Project Director with over 20 years’ experience on projects within the education, commercial and residential sectors. He is adept at leading teams on large scale and phased developments. He also brings in-depth understanding of positive environmental design to all projects, having completed a Master’s degree in sustainability.
Stephen has a track record of leading on complex developments across typologies. He has expertise in the design of Learning Resource Centres and libraries and was responsible for a 30,000 sq ft phased remodelling of the University of Warwick’s library, and ‘The Learning Grid,’ a pioneering collaborative learning space. Stephen has also led teams on complex masterplanning projects, including the mixed-use Northern Estate Programme, and the sensitive refurbishment of grade listed buildings at Norman Shaw South and Old Broadcasting House. Stephen is currently Project Director in charge of Peterborough Court, Fleet Street. The expansive headquarters building is undergoing repositioning to optimise NIA and enhance amenities, bringing it up to contemporary standards.
